Questions

What does a signed waiver record?
Who signed and for whom, when, from which device, and the exact version of the text they saw. The wording itself is on you and your lawyer; our templates are a starting point.
Can a parent sign for their children?
Yes. Each child is stored as their own row, with the guardian's name on it.
Do my customers need an app?
No. The waiver opens in their phone's browser from a link or QR code.
I already have a waiver. Do I have to rewrite it?
No. Paste it in and it is live in about five minutes.
What happens when I reach my monthly cap?
We email you at 80%. At the cap, you move up a plan to keep signing. Nothing is deleted.
Where is the data stored?
On EU servers, never indexed by search engines. Export it to CSV any time.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Plans are month to month.
