Know who has signed before the party walks in.
Give a party, a class or a team day its own waiver link. You and the organizer watch the list fill up, and at the door you check everyone in at once.
Group links on Pro and above, from $39 a month. Check-in on every plan.
What is a group waiver?
A group waiver is one signing link shared by everyone in a party, class or trip. Each adult still signs their own waiver, and each parent signs for their own children, but every signature is filed under the group. You see how many have signed out of how many you expect, and who on the guest list is still missing. In Digital Waivers the organizer can watch the same list from a read-only link, without an account.
How a group signs
-
1
Create a group with a name, a date and how many people to expect. Paste the guest list if you have it.
-
2
Send the group link to the organizer to pass on, or print its QR code for the invitation.
-
3
Turn on the organizer link. They see '9 of 12 signed' and who is still missing, without an account.
-
4
When the group arrives, find it on Today and check everyone in with one tap.
Groups
- Who is missing, by name
- Paste the guest list and the group page shows who hasn't signed. 'Maria R.' and small typos still match.
- Children count
- Expect 12 and you see '8 of 12 signed', with kids counted as people.
- An organizer page with no personal data
- First names, surname initials and who is missing. No emails, phone numbers, birth dates or signatures.
- Closing date
- The link stops taking signatures after the day you choose, so last year's party link can't be reused.
- Latecomers
- Anyone who turns up late signs from the same link or its QR code at the counter.
- Archive when it's over
- The link closes and the signatures stay, each one tagged with the group in your CSV.

A party, from booking to the door
-
A week before
You create the group for 12 kids and send the link to the parent who booked. They share it in the class chat.
-
Two days before
The organizer page says 9 of 12 signed and lists the 3 missing. The organizer messages those parents.
-
The morning of
11 of 12. On Today every child shows up marked as a minor, with the parent who signed for them.
-
At the door
The last parent scans the group's QR code at the counter and signs for their child in two minutes. You tap once and all 12 are checked in.
On every plan
Check-in at the front desk
Log in and you see people, not a pile of documents.
- Today
- Everyone who signed today, with signed and checked-in counts.
- Find anyone
- Search by the child's name, the parent, the email or the phone, or scan the QR code from their email.
- One tap
- Check in one person, a family or a whole group.
- Undo
- Tapped the wrong row? Reverse it from the same place.
Where it fits
A kids' birthday party
The parent who booked shares the link in the class chat. Two days before, they see three names still missing and nudge those parents themselves.
A school trip
The teacher gets the organizer link and the class list goes in as the guest list. Every parent signs for their own child, and the teacher sees who hasn't.
A company team day
Forty colleagues sign from the invitation email. On the day, the whole group is checked in with one tap, and the two who forgot sign on the QR code at the desk.
Questions
How do group waivers work?
Each group gets its own signing link. Everyone in the party signs on their own phone, and each signature is filed under the group. The group page shows how many have signed out of how many you expect, and who is still missing.
Does the organizer need an account?
No. They get a read-only link that shows first names with surname initials and who hasn't signed yet. It shows no contact details and no signatures.
Is the organizer link safe to share?
It shows no contact details, birth dates or signatures. If it ends up somewhere it shouldn't, turn it off or create a new one, and the old link stops working straight away.
Can one parent sign for several kids in a group?
Yes. The parent adds each child and signs once. Every child counts toward the group's headcount.
Can a teacher or organizer sign for everyone?
No. Each adult signs for themselves and each parent for their own children. The organizer's job is to pass the link on and chase the missing names.
What about people who turn up on the day?
They sign from the same group link, or by scanning the group's QR code at your counter, and appear in the group straight away. The headcount updates as they do.
Can I check people in without a group?
Yes. The Today view and per-person check-in are on every plan, including Starter.
Can I send my insurer the list for one event?
Yes. Export the CSV and filter the group column. Each row has the person, who signed for them, the time and the document ID.
What happens to the link after the event?
Set a closing date and the link stops taking signatures after that day. Archive the group to close it and take it off your list. The signatures stay.
Do group signatures count toward my plan?
Yes, like any signature. One signed document counts once, so a parent signing for three children in the group uses one.
Which plans include group links?
Pro and above, from $39 a month. The free trial includes them.
