A link and a QR code. People sign on their own phone.

Publish a waiver and it gets a link and a QR code. Put them wherever your customers already look: the booking confirmation, the front door, your Instagram bio.

On every plan, from $19 a month.

What is a waiver QR code?

A waiver QR code is a printed square that opens your waiver on someone's phone when they point the camera at it. The signing link does the same thing in an email or a text. Both open the same sign page: the person fills it in, signs with a finger or types their name, and gets a PDF copy by email. Nobody installs an app or makes an account, and you see each signature in your list as it arrives.

From published to signed

  1. 1

Publish your waiver. The share screen shows its link and its QR code.

  2. 2

Paste the link into your booking email or a text. Download the QR code as a PNG, or print the ready-made sheet that says 'Scan to sign before your visit'.

  3. 3

People sign on their phone in about two minutes and get the signed PDF by email.

  4. 4

At the desk you open Today and see who has signed. Check them in with a tap.

Where to put it

A link for anywhere
The booking email, a text, a WhatsApp reply, your Instagram bio, your Google Business profile.
A QR code to print
Download a PNG, or print a sheet for the counter, the door or the van.
On your website
Paste a sign button or the whole form into an HTML block on your site.
All your waivers on one page
A public page lists every live waiver, so people can pick the one you asked them to sign.
See what came from the QR code
Signatures made by scanning it are marked 'QR' in your list and the CSV.
The link never changes
Edit the waiver and the same link and printed QR code keep working. New signers get the new version.
No app, no account
Signers open a web page. There is nothing to download and no password to make.
Kept out of Google
Sign pages are never indexed, so strangers can't find your form through a search engine.

Messages you can copy

Most people sign when the link arrives at the right moment, with a reason to bother. Swap in your own link.

Where it fits

A class booking

The link goes in the confirmation email. The client signs on the bus, and the coach starts on time.

A dock or a trailhead

A weatherproof QR sign at the meeting point. Twelve people sign at once on their own phones, while you hand out life jackets.

A booking by message

Someone books on WhatsApp. Reply with the link, and the waiver is signed before you have confirmed the time.

Questions

How do I make a QR code for my waiver?

Publish the waiver in Digital Waivers and its QR code is ready on the share screen. Download it as a PNG or print the sheet. Anyone who scans it with a phone camera opens the sign page.

Do signers need an app or an account?

No. The waiver opens in the phone's web browser. People fill it in, sign with a finger or type their name, and get the PDF by email.

How long does it take to sign?

About two minutes for one adult. A parent adding children takes a little longer, because each child needs a name and date of birth.

How big should I print the QR code?

At least 3 cm (just over an inch) across for a counter, and bigger for a door or a wall people scan from a few steps away. Scan the printout with your own phone before you put it up.

Can I put the waiver on my website?

Yes. The share screen gives you code for a button or for the whole form. Paste it into an HTML or embed block in your site builder.

If I change the waiver, do I need a new QR code?

No. The link stays the same, so printed codes keep working. People who already signed keep the version they signed, and new signers get the new one.

I have several waivers. Do I need several QR codes?

Each waiver has its own link and code. If you would rather print one, link to your public page, which lists every live waiver for people to pick from.

Can anyone who finds the link sign it?

Yes, that is how a public link works, and sign pages are never indexed by search engines. When you stop using a waiver, archive it and the link stops taking signatures.

Can I see how many signatures came from the QR code?

Yes. Every signature records its source: link, QR code or kiosk. Filter the CSV by the source column.

Which plans include the link and QR code?

Every plan, from $19 a month, including the website embed.

Try it at your own front desk.

14 days of Pro free, with every feature, kiosk included. No card.
