Release of liability

Medical fitness and treatment

I confirm that I am fit to take part and that I have told staff about any medical condition, injury or medication that could affect my safety. If I am injured or unwell, I agree that Digital Waivers staff may give first aid and call for emergency treatment on my behalf.

Rules and conduct

I will follow the safety briefing and the instructions of Digital Waivers staff, and use equipment only as shown. Staff may stop me from taking part if I behave unsafely or appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
