Does Digital Waivers integrate with other tools?
Yes, with a short list. Every signed PDF can be copied to a Google Drive folder you choose. Your waiver goes on your website as a button or as the whole form. And every signature exports to a CSV that opens in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers. There is no Zapier connection, no public API and no direct link to booking systems such as Mindbody or FareHarbor yet.

Connect Google Drive in Settings. We get access only to the folders you pick, not the rest of your Drive.

Open a waiver and choose a folder in My Drive or a shared drive.

Add subfolders if you want them, by waiver, version, year, month, signer name, or minors and adults, and set the file name.

Every new signed PDF is copied there. If Google drops the connection, copies pause and you retry them after reconnecting.

What it does not do yet
There is no Zapier connection, no public API, and no direct link to booking or membership systems such as Mindbody, FareHarbor or Square. Smartwaiver and WaiverForever connect to many more tools, so if you need one of those links today, they may suit you better.

Questions
Does Digital Waivers integrate with Zapier?
Not yet. There is no Zapier connection and no public API today. The CSV export and the Google Drive copy are the ways to get data out.
Does it connect to Mindbody, FareHarbor or my booking system?
Not directly. Most businesses paste the signing link into their booking confirmation email, so customers sign before they arrive. The sample message on this page is a starting point.
Can I put the waiver form on my website?
Yes, on every plan. Copy the code for a button or the whole form from the share screen and paste it into an HTML or embed block. The form resizes itself to fit your page.
Can people go back to my website after signing?
Yes. Set a page to send them to after signing, in the waiver's settings.
What can Digital Waivers see in my Google Drive?
Only the folders you choose and the files we create in them. We cannot see the rest of your Drive.
Does Google Drive get the PDFs signed before I connected it?
No. Drive gets a copy of each signature made after you turn it on for a waiver. Older PDFs download from their records.
If I delete a signature, does the Drive copy go too?
No. Deleting or erasing a signature in Digital Waivers never touches the copy in your Drive. If a signer asks to be erased, delete that copy yourself.
What happens if I disconnect Google Drive?
New signatures stop being copied. Files already in your Drive stay there, and Digital Waivers keeps its own copy of every PDF.
