Find any signed waiver in seconds. Take them all with you.
Every signature becomes a PDF that shows who agreed to what, and when. Search it, hand it to your insurer, or export the lot to a spreadsheet whenever you like.
On every plan, from $19 a month.
What should a signed electronic waiver record?
Enough to show who agreed to what, and when. That means the signer's name and contact details, anyone they signed for, the exact text they were shown, the date and time, how they signed and from which device, and a way to show the document has not been changed since. A Digital Waivers PDF records all of that, and each one has a document ID that anyone can check on our public verify page.
From signature to evidence
-
1
Someone signs. Within seconds there is a PDF, and a copy goes to them by email if you turn that on.
-
2
The PDF records the signer, anyone they signed for, the time, the IP address, the browser and device, and how they reached the form.
-
3
It pins the exact version of your text, with its SHA-256 hash. Edit the waiver later and this PDF still shows what was agreed.
-
4
We store a SHA-256 fingerprint of the finished PDF, and the document ID lets anyone confirm it on our verify page.
What you can do with your records
- Search back to day one
- Find a waiver by the participant, the parent, the email or the phone, however old it is.
- CSV export, any time
- One row per person. You don't open a support ticket and you don't pay extra.
- Still yours if you stop paying
- Sign pages pause, but you can still sign in and export everything.
- Hosted in the EU
- Signer data and PDFs stay on servers in the EU, and sign pages are never indexed by search engines.
- A DPA on every plan
- A data processing agreement for your compliance file, without asking.
- Erase on request
- Forget a signer in one step. The verify page then says the personal data was erased.
What is in a signed PDF
Every PDF has an Evidence section. It is what you send to a lawyer or an insurer when someone says they never signed.

Where it fits
A claim, eight months later
A customer says they never signed. Search their name, open the PDF, and send it to your insurer with its document ID. They can check it themselves.
An inspection or audit
Export the CSV for the season, filter by waiver and date, and show that everyone on the list signed the version that was live that day.
Moving to another tool
Export every signature as a CSV and download the PDFs. Nothing is locked in, and there is no exit fee.
Questions
How do I prove a signed waiver has not been changed?
Each PDF has a document ID and records the SHA-256 hash of the exact waiver text that was signed. We also store a SHA-256 fingerprint of the finished PDF. Anyone can enter the document ID on our verify page to confirm the document is on record, with the business, waiver, version and signing date.
Does the PDF record the IP address?
Yes. Along with the browser and device, the time in UTC, the signature method, and whether the person came through the link, the QR code or the kiosk.
Can I export all my signed waivers?
Yes. Download a CSV of every signature at any time, one row per person, on every plan. Each signed PDF downloads from its record, and on Pro Google Drive gets a copy of every new PDF.
What is in the CSV export?
One row per person: name, role, date of birth and age at signing, who signed, email, phone, waiver, version, signed at, expires at, source, group, signing method, marketing opt-in, checked in at, status and document ID. Times are in your account's time zone.
Where is waiver data stored?
On servers in the EU. Sign pages and signed documents are never indexed by search engines.
How long do you keep signed waivers?
For as long as your account is open. If you close it, we delete the account and everything in it within 30 days, so export first.
How long should I keep signed waivers?
At least as long as someone could bring a claim in your state. For minors that clock often starts only when they turn 18, so many businesses keep those waivers for years longer. Ask your lawyer or insurer for the period that applies to you.
What happens to my waivers if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Your sign pages pause until you choose a plan, and you can still sign in and export everything.
If I edit my waiver, what happens to the ones already signed?
Nothing. Every change makes a new version, and each signature stays tied to the version it was signed on. New signers get the new text.
Can a signer ask to be erased?
Yes. Erase them in one step, and we keep a record that you did. Copies already in your Google Drive are yours to delete.
